About the role: The mission or core purpose of this individual is to be responsible for providing accurate and timely legal advice to the Managing Director on a variety of legal topics, usually focused on contract and corporate law.
Responsibilities:
Researching and evaluating different risk factors
offering proactive advice on possible legal issues (mitigating risks).
Conduct legal research, assemble legal documents, and maintain and organise file documents.
Minimum requirements:
Admitted attorney
Bachelors degree in commerce (law), law or english
Bachelor of law (LLB)
Preference will be given if you hold a masters of law, corporate law articles complete 2-3 years of commercial law experience as practicing associate attorney (corporate law/ private equity law preferred)

Exemplary writing and editing skills
Comprehend and interpret legal documents
Theoretical and research proficiencies
Contractual law statutory and governance - 19 entities within group of which five are operating entities and 14 are SPV's.
