Ruckus was recognised for its innovative, advanced wireless networking technologies, including its adaptive antenna arrays and ChannelFly RF channel selection technology, which combine to deliver the industry's highest capacity and performance of Wi-Fi networks. Additionally, Ruckus was singled out for its global Big Dogs Partner Program, which includes the Big Dogs partner portal, annual Big Dogs conference, and Ruckus university training program - one of the most comprehensive Wi-Fi training programs available.
To determine the winners, The UBM Channel ARC research team surveyed more than 3 700 solution providers across 23 categories to evaluate their satisfaction with vendor products, support and channel programs. Winners received their awards at the annual XChange Americas Conference in Dallas, Texas.
"When it comes to the strength of relationships, quality of products and return on partner programmes, solution providers want to hear from their fellow VARs about the IT vendors that consistently exceed expectations," said Kelley Damore, vice president, editorial director ay UBM Channel. "The Annual Report Card gives solution providers the opportunity to share feedback and recognise the vendors who truly demonstrate channel excellence."
Ruckus also took home four of six available awards from XChange Latin America event hosted by UBM Channel, including XCellence in Solutions Pavilion Booth Strategy, Best Technology Solution, and Overall Best of Show. The XChange XCellence Award winners are selected by top solution providers and honour the vendors with the most exceptional products, programmes and technologies in the channel market.
